3 bedroom, 2 bath home with private pool.

This very spacious single story home is situated in a private quiet estate of luxury homes with 9 hole golf course meandering through the community. This secluded community nestles on the banks of Lake Davenport with fishing facilities beyond a landscaped Cabana area which also has tennis and basketball courts for your recreation. All major supermarkets, Publix, Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie are within 5 miles of the villa.

As you enter the villa you will be amazed at the size of the combined lounge and dining areas creating an air of sheer luxury. There is ample seating for your family to sit and watch cable TV. The large sofa converts into a Queen Size bed.

To your left you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer dishwasher, toaster and kettle, all crockery and utensils, in fact, everything you would expect in your own home, including a kitchen table and chairs to seat four people.

From the hallway is a door leading to the utility room where you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Beyond which you will enter the cavernous garage.

The hallway also leads to bedroom two and three, one of which is a double bedroom, the other being a twin bedded room; both bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom which contains a bath with shower, sink with vanity unit, and toilet.

Through the lounge area is a passage leading to the master bedroom, hosting a king size bed with cable TV and fan. This bedroom also has two large walk-in closets and vast en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, oval roman style bath tub, separate shower and toilet. This bathroom has an ideally positioned door leading to the swimming pool and patio area allowing the use of the toilet and shower without the need to walk through the villa.

The fenced back yard gives total privacy to the fully screened in swimming pool which can be accessed through the triple glass sliding patio doors from the living room. The patio doors open out onto the large covered lanai with patio table and chairs which gives you a spacious outdoor lounge for those warm evenings overlooking the lighted pool and gardens or those lazy relaxing days around the pool. The pool is 24ft in length and is 3ft deep at the shallow end and 5ft at the deep end. The pool can be heated at your request at an additional cost.
